Returning your product is easy: contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via email ( info@loss-nutrition.com ). You can return or exchange your purchased products unopened/unused within 30 days.

Items can be returned if they meet the following requirements:
– It will be reported within 7 days of receipt.
– It will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
– The article (in case of food supplements) is sealed and closed. This in connection with health protection and/or hygiene after breaking the seal after delivery.
– The item of clothing has not been worn and/or washed. It is of course possible to try on clothes.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps
- Fill in the return form
Request the return form by e-mail (info@loss-nutrition.com) and fill it in as completely as possible.
- Send your order
Pack the items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. It is important that you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As a sender, you are responsible for the package and we would like to avoid misunderstandings.
- Receive the purchase amount on your account
When we have received the package, we will then ensure that the return amount is returned to your account within 30 working days. If you have chosen to exchange, the product will be exchanged for the desired product, and it will be sent within 2 working days.
